The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast options were decent but repetitive on both days. Indoor pool was nice for relaxing. Walls are paper thin; could hear kids running and yelling well into the night.

Wingate By Wyndham Erie offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. The heated pool was a highlight for my son, while the comfortable beds and spacious rooms provided a restful night. Breakfast choices were satisfactory too, making it an overall delightful experience. Highly recommend!

I was really let down by the misleading info about the hot tub and pool—there was neither! And when I brought it up, the front desk staff were super unhelpful and rude, making a frustrating situation even worse.

The room was pretty spacious and had a comfortable bed, which was a big plus. the staff were all really friendly and helpful during my stay. there were a few things that could have been better. The air conditioning unit in my room was quite old and made a lot of noise, which was a bit bothersome. I found the coffee they provided to be exceptionally weak, so if you're a coffee lover like me, you might want to bring your own. On the upside, the hotel did offer ironing facilities, which was convenient for me as I needed to freshen up some clothes. They also had a flat-screen TV in the room, which was nice for unwinding after a long day. my stay was decent, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement. I'd say it's a good option for a budget-friendly stay, especially if you're not too picky about the small details.

Front desk staff pleasantly surprised me with their friendliness and helpfulness—JC particularly stood out. Amenities were well-received, especially the heated pool, though cleanliness is essential. Breakfast served its purpose but lacked variety. A few drawbacks: the pool situation was unfortunate, and the slippery floor issue went unaddressed. A missing tissue box and opened toiletries shouldn’t occur in a well-prepared establishment. This location presents an ideal transit option despite minor inconveniences. A good choice for convenience and comfort, with room to improve on service and details.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, but it was positioned next to an old AC unit, which was loud and disruptive. The temperature control was inadequate; the direct airflow made it hard to sleep comfortably. Housekeeping was lacking, as we needed to request towels and take out our own garbage. The water pressure was excellent, with plenty of hot water for showers. the room darkening curtains worked effectively. While the outlets built into the headboard were convenient, the overall maintenance and layout need attention for a more restful experience.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that everything I wanted to explore was conveniently close, with places like the Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park Resort just around 600 meters away and the Millcreek Mall Complex only about 2.5 km away, making it super easy to stroll around and discover the area; the room was nice and spacious with great amenities like a comfortable bed and decent breakfast options, but attention to cleanliness could be improved.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring Erie, with the hotel's proximity to thrilling theme parks and captivating cultural highlights like Warner Theater and All an Act Theatre Productions. The kids, Lucy, Max, and Lily, were entertained by the 32-inch flat-screen TVs in our room, keeping them engaged during downtime.
My children wanted more diverse breakfast options for families.

Stayed for a city trip. Great breakfast variety and clean rooms. Perfect location near local attractions and restaurants. Staff were nice & attentive.
Check-in was a mess, no hot water in jacuzzi. Loud kids till late.

wingate was super clean - with fridge and microwave. location was great - away from expressway noise. staff were helpful. breakfast was a lovely surprise.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices, including fruit, yogurt, milk, and cereal. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure guests were satisfied with their meal options. The location was convenient, being close to the highway and providing easy access for travelers passing through the area.
The noise from the nearby highway was constant and disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Additionally, upon check-in, we found a crack in the TV screen, which was concerning, as it seemed like a potential safety hazard.

The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space to walk around. However, the curtains were torn and need to be replaced, which was a drawback. I'll recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed exploring Peek ‘n Peak Ski Resort and Lake Erie. The free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver for scrolling through the App Store. The fitness center helped me burn off the extra calories from all the local restaurants.
The express checkout took longer than actually checking out! .

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the theme parks nearby, and the shows at the theaters were lit! The flat-screen TVs were clutch for chilling. The room was cozy and the staff was mad cool, even recommending dope spots to hit up!
Wished they had a bar or game room for us party animals to turn up the vibe even more! .

My stay at this hotel was top-notch from start to finish. The spacious and clean room exceeded my expectations, providing a quiet and comfortable environment. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and the location was convenient. The hotel's amenities, including the pool area, were well-maintained and added to the enjoyable experience. The pillows were the best I've ever had and the jacuzzi tub in the room was phenomenal. the cleanliness, layout, and TV offerings made for an exquisite stay.
That the pull-out couch did not have linens, requiring a trip to the front desk for retrieval.

stayed at Wingate, and it was amazing. the room was great, relaxing, and quiet. the staff was very pleasant, and they resolved our issue quickly. the breakfast had a good selection with coffee, teas, juice, and fresh fruits available throughout the day. the hotel was clean, and the housekeeping service was exceptional. We rested well and had a comfortable stay.
